Hi there, we are an eclectic mix of different nationalities with a shared passion for wine and good food. Having ran a successful hostel in Lyon, France's gastronomic capital, we have embarked on a new gastronomic journey in the vibrant city of Melbourne.
We specialise in French cuisine, late dining and Italian wines and bubbles. More than this, of course no menu is complete without classics such as Wagyu burger and buffalo wings.
Our menu is a collaborative effort, with additions and refinements made by Michelin trained chefs we met on our travels, and tasted and improved by the whole team.
Our unique dishes include: Oysters Rockefeller sprayed with Pernod; Wagyu Steak Diane; 48hr Beef Bourguignon; Scallop Bouillabaise Gumbo; Mixte Charcuterie, which includes Savers cheese from Auvergne. This cheese is exclusive to fortify and sold in most Michelin restaurants in the Rhone alps region.
For Desert, try our Salted Caramel Chocolate Fondant or Pain Perdu 'bread lost', where our daily fresh bread lives on in this French classic.
It's a casual place where people of all walks of life can enjoy and meet other people. We are experimenting with the market that wants premium quality with a fun atmosphere, which is not catered to from Hawthorn to St. Kilda.
